What to expect…

Once we’ve had the opportunity to chat and get to know each other through a discovery session:

 
  1. Sign Up Process

Once you’ve selected the program and payment plan that’s best for you, I’ll email you with information on what to expect next along with some documents and forms that I’ll request be completed prior to our first session together.

2. Initial Kick-off consultation

We’ll meet for your initial 60-90 minute consultation where we’ll dive into your goals, health history and complete your postural and movement assessment. This assessment will serve as an integral part in determining the best plan of action and program for your goals.

3. One on One Sessions

We’ll meet once a week for your personal training session, discuss what’s come up for your since our last session and where you may need additional support or focus.

4. Workouts

The workouts provided will be customized based on your needs and goals. Additionally, access to these workouts will be available for you to perform on your own after our one on one sessions. This is where the work comes in so the magic can happen!

5. Nutritional Guidance

Total health is more than just the workouts we choose to do and how our bodies respond and perform to those workouts heavily depends on what we choose to feed it with. For this reason, we’ll talk about nutrition and personalized recommendations will be made to best support you on your journey without feeling deprived!

6. Weekly Check Ins + Voxer Support

We are faced with health-related decisions daily and obstacles seem to be around every corner in today’s world. For that reason I’ll be checking in weekly to see how you’re doing and have included voxer and/or email support for any questions you may have in between sessions

+ Who are your programs for?

Are you feeling overwhelmed with all the different fitness trends and recommendations out there? Maybe you’ve tried them before or it's so overwhelming you don't really know what will be best for you. My programs are for those who want to take the guesswork out and have a program that's individually curated for them and their needs. It's for those who are ready to better understand their body and needs so they can move better, feel better and reach their goals through an intentional, yet intuitive approach.

+ Is the only option your 4 month program?

My program is designed as a 4 month commitment for best results, however, if you'd like to work together for a different amount of time or curious about modifications to my program, reach out! I just might be able to help! If not, I may have a recommendation as to who can! My interest is in supporting you on your health journey as best I can, and if that means referring you to someone else that's a better fit, that's exactly what I'll do.

+ Can I work with you even if I have certain health conditions?

In most cases yes! I can coordinate with your doctor to ensure we are on the same page and a medical release from your doctor might be required depending on your situation. Your safety is my #1 priority! Important note: I do not diagnose and I'm no replacement for your doctor.

+ Where did you get your training from?

I hold my Personal Trainer Certification and CPR Certification through NASM and currently in the process of getting my specialization in Corrective Exercise(CES). Additionally, I'm a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
