Get 4 months of consistent support, guidance + accountability during our time together. Have a custom program curated specifically for your needs where you’ll learn how to understand what your body is telling you, uncover your inner-wisdom, and break free from unhealthy patterns that are holding you back and get closer to your goals.

  • 8 one on one private coaching sessions (60 min each)

  • 1 goal setting intensive (60 minutes)

What to expect…

Once we’ve had the opportunity to chat and get to know each other through a discovery session, the process is the same regardless of the program you choose!

 
  1. Sign Up Process

Once you’ve selected the program and payment plan that’s best for you, I’ll email you some documents that I’ll request be completed prior to our first session together

2. Goal Setting Session

We’ll meet for your initial 90 minute goal setting session where we’ll dive into your health history, goals and documents that I previously requested to curate your custom program and strategy

3. One on One Sessions

During our one on one sessions we’ll chat about your personalized recommendations, what’s come up for your since our last session and where you may need additional support or focus

4. Recommendations

These are recommendations we’ll come up with during our sessions together, to help you get closer to your goals. This is where the work comes in so the magic can happen! Do your best with carrying out these recommendations and you’ll be well on your way to upleveling your health.

5. Resources Library + Tools

During our time together we’ll be using a variety of resources and tools to help you achieve your goals. You’ll have digital access to all of these so you can implement what you learn and what we talk about during our sessions for greater success

6. Weekly Check Ins + Voxer Support

We are faced with health-related decisions daily. For that reason I’ll be checking in weekly to see how you’re doing and how the recommendations are working for you. Additionally, I have decided to include voxer and/or email support for any questions you may have in between sessions

+ How exactly can a Health Coach help me?

Unlike other healthcare professions that simply tell you what to do, health coaches can help facilitate the shifts needed for lasting change and transformation. We can help clear the confusion on all the diet thoeries out there and provide the personalized support that’s often missing by helping you find the foods and lifestyle choices that work for YOU. We're here to keep you accountable and walk this journey with you!

+ Who are your programs for?

Are you feeling overwhelmed with all the different food trends and diets out there? Maybe you’ve tried them before and all they do is leave you feeling deprived or were too much to keep up with. My programs are for those who know deep down there is another way. It's for those who are ready to explore new ways and focus on better understanding their bodies needs so they can feel truly nourished and reach their goals through an intuitive approach encompassing food and lifestyle without the deprivation or overwhelm.

+ How long is the program? How much does it cost?

The length of my programs will vary depending on your needs and what we uncover during your discovery session. Options ranging from 4 weeks to 6 months are available.

The cost of your program will depend on which program you select and the length we find to be best suited for your goals which we’ll begin to uncover during your complimentary discovery session and yes! payment plans are available.

+ Can I work with you even if I have certain health conditions?

In most cases yes! I can coordinate with your doctor to ensure we are on the same page, but I do not diagnose and I'm no replacement for your doctor.

+ Where did you get your training from?

I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Additionally I'm CPR certified and hold my Personal Trainer Certification through NASM where I'm also currently working on acquiring my Corrective Exercise Specialization (CES).
